OK, DNS is looking at your router. This works if the router is forwarding to a good DNS server. I have found it to be spotty at best and some older routers default to dead services. Bind the addys above to your connection for DNS and remove the .1 address. If you have the address from your ISP, add them too, and move them to the top of the list. With DNS servers, it's always good to have some extra ones listed. Let me know what happens http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

No dice. Admin can browse web, regular user can not. Can still do pings and tracerts, just no useful connections.

Ok now we need to check the browser setting for the user account. If you install TightVNC (free) and pm me your public address, I might be able to get a look at your desktop. Long way to there from hear, but it might hold up.
