AJC combat was in normal tactical mode, i don't usually use fast speed. This has happened to me on at least 3 different occasions and all during the tactical combat phase, however, it is always the middle ships as I normally use a battle line depending on numbers of ships/ftrs involved.
At first I thought they were being stolen, but after checking, this was not the case.

It would be good to get a saved game to send to MM. it would be helpful if you start saving before battles - once it happens again, then save the game again under a different name and send both of the games to Aaron and describe what happened. I have not seen this happen -ever- and my opponent I having testing with when we play our hotseat games has never seen it - But I will start watching for it in the beta code.
