What fun is there in cheating, even against a computer.

He went on to explain the "everyone" does it, and you simply can't compete in a game that allows warp point manip if you don't.

Not everyone does it. I don't

Anyway, That was my Last PBEM game, and will be my Last ever.

Play my test game on the new server. You might find pbem play to be fun.

Hrm, cheat? Not in this game. It's less necessary than, say, FO:2 (where you may have to at least save/reload due to the extreme lethality of critical hits)

What is FO:2? Is this Fallout Tactics?

Hmmm how in the world did he even get to open warp points in 9 turns w/o cheating?!

It was an SE3 game... He could technically open a warp point much earlier, just not with many warships to send through the warp http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif

SE3 construction worked on a per-component basis, not cost. A Sun Nuke would take just as long to build as a small warship, even though the Sun Nuke would cost much more.

Plus it was a 150 tech level game.
