Whenever I create storms, I get a random type and it usually takes a few times to get the ones I want http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

The maximum effects of created storm abilities are determined in Settings.txt. Unfortunately, the type of storm is entirely random.
