520... push-ups? That's a lot... the most I've ever done is 50 or maybe 60.

The most I've ever done in a row is about 5 or 10. No upper body strength.

I just realized the solution to this dilemma. I need to clock an officer, get thrown in the brig again, and lose some rank as punishment.

It's fairly easy to do 50 or 60 push-ups the proper way, if you have a decent amount of upper body strength.

To make it tougher, put your feet up on something above wherever you're doing the exercise, like a couch or something. That'll make it a lot tougher.

Yeah, on the knuckles. When I was taking karate classes, we did push-ups at the start of every class as part of the warmup.
