Oh so your saying the one on the cdmag forum is yours.

Okay I can send a game to that address in the order. What game would you like? And will that satisfy you?

Great! Can't wait to get back to using that site. Had to pull off because I deleted the 1.30 ver.

Actually I only reacted to what Bill wrote, and my reaction was far less visceral than what Bill wrote.
But that is neither here nor there.

From what I take it your issue is whether TCP/IP was promised and that the AI sucks right?<<<<

Well Bill B can be a hothead at times although I think you antagonized him sufficently as well. I am not nearly so inflamed about this as he is. I am just upset because I don't feel this game has been completed. Regardless of what was promised or not the game isn't done. I disagree that this game should be judged as normal games because this game was sold with the understanding of anybody who bought it that it wasn't finished yet but would be in a timely fashion by Aaron. I am not satisfied with the result and I have waited far more than long enough.

The name you posted there is mine, I am assuming the order number there is as well. I will take the armies of armageddon one and yes it will satisfy me. We could have solved this easily if I had known you would be so nice about it and you would have probably been nice about it sooner if you hadn't assumed I was your flame buddy from the other board. http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif

A polite side note to your Last comments to me in the now closed thread. This in no way is meant to be a flame or to provoke you into a response. After this comment, I have no plans to post further on the subject.

My statement merle indicates that if I choose, I have someone close that I can talk to about the law. Second, I did not make an opinion; I merely stated a fact. I think I made my point, and I would hope that you, beings as your the one telling us about your friend, would stand up to the plate and accept that this issue has gotten blown way out of proportion. I commend you for sticking to your guns, and for fighting what you feel is the good fight, but please settle this matter now, and let it go.

Thanks for your time, and best of luck to you with your new game.

Well it was the confirmation for your order since I had that email on file.

In any case the UPS tracking number and such will reach that email when it ships on Monday.

Thanks, that is kind of you. Sorry for all the unpleasantness and particularly the misunderstanding about the email. Never crossed my mind that could even cause any sort of problem.
