According to Edi's database, that one, Devil's Den, causes 15 unrest. I only have 10.

You're probably right about the double-5 site. I'd guess it's a couple of Bandit Lairs, they're so common.

I don't know. I've found another site there now, so that makes two with the Catacombs. I don't think all four slots would be filled with two more bandit lairs, especially since they are so easy to spot.

I'm beginning to think it is probably the Demon's Gate. Now I just need a blood mage to find it for me.
