Hey guys, in a MP, my neighbour is LA R'lyeh, I wonder how fast her dominion will kill the population in my province...for example 3 black candles. And how is the percentage to be insane under this dominion. Luckly I am Hinnom, I am thinking about blood sarcrifice if things goes worse.

short answer since i don't know the numbers- get it out fast. your pop will die in under a year i'm pretty sure. maybe faster. the insanity i don't know

Slightly related question: is there some list available that explains what insane commander's activities might mean? For example, if a Tartarian is "opening tomb", what is he actually doing besides looking ominous?

well that one is nothing. same with things like build mausoleum, dreaming of ryleh, most nonesense is nothing

I thought some of them were domspread - not necessarily your own, although some of it may be LA Ermor or LA R'lyeh dominion.
