You mean 3 size-2 units, right? You can fit 6 size-1 units in one square (not that size-1 units are used all that often or anything).

Jazzepi, I was responding to Endo's post directly above mine.

http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif It seems there's "some" confusion about the matter...

Any way Quickness is always good, and extra action from quickness isn't wasted.

Re: Multiple attacks: Useful if first one is a kil

I tested an SC with a Sword of Swiftness, fighting a bunch of Heavy infantry. The SC did not have a bless or quickness. The 2-attack sword was his only attack.

In any given round of combat, the SC would occasionally strike two different units in the same square with his sword, sometimes without even killing either unit (though he did chop off one guy's arm and leave the other with a gaping chest wound http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif). So Sombre is right, it's not true that all attacks from a single weapon may only strike one target. A single weapon can target multiple enemies in the same square.

Sorry, yes 3 size 2 units D:

I don't really understand all the confusion over this http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif I thought I was pretty clear on how it works.

The best strategy is a AOE 1 weapon with quickness (from spell, boots or jade armour), you will then hit all units in a square, wether there is 1 to 6. If you kill them all, you will attack another square, hopefully killing another 1-6 units.

Why is that better than a AOE25 elemental weapon that you're immune to?
