Nice deduction! That said, I must also admit to being one of those who has owned Dom I, II and III. However, I have never played multiplayer before and have found it to be a very different game.

qm: I don't think you're answering the right question. I think moderation wanted to know what effect an astral mage being in the targeted province had on mind hunt. How big is the chance of feeblemind? I'm not sure myself.

It has also been claimed that mind hunt soul slays are more effective than soul slays on the battlefield. That there is some penetration bonus in play.
