I noticed in the StellarAbilityTypes.txt file there was a sight obscuration option for warp points. Does that successfully conceal warp points and keep races who don't know where it is from using it?

(Would be nice if you could have warp points remain hidden until detected by sensors, then become visible to any race that finds it.)
