Russian crap is crap,not literal crap,but their stuff is crap compared to stuff of other countries.

Well, I do not think so. Of course if you pit M1A2SEP against vanilla T-72 with BM-15, you have to make an extra efforts to let the M1 lose, but if you want to have reasonable medium-weight tank with good mix of firepower, mobility and protection, some of the T-72 upgrades (speaking generally of T-72A/M1, T-72B is even better) might be a good pick, as long as you pay attention to training and tactics. Which seems to be something the Georgians did not do much.
After all, in such fights as Georgia or Afghan, even T-62 can be used to great effect.

And this has what relevance to this thread's topic?. The OP was asking how to change the flag graphic for a nation.
