I think only Hinnom, the EA version of the nation, was nerfed, not Ashdod.

Yes, the patch notes specify changes to Hinnom, not Ashdod.

Noob question. What happens now? After the last player uploads, do we get an email from llama's server? should I already have sent my first turn?
