i read the manual but very quickly and when i see the spell description in the game it said something about the mage getting stronger in a storm so i thought that it was possible (like heat and cold) you could also have storms and nice weather.

Summon Storm Power only works when a Storm is cast first, and Summon Water Power only works underwater. Earthpower and Phoenix Power work everywhere.
Good find. Pity it wasn't found earlier, the spell description (at least in the manual) should have been more clear. |
