Uh, elephants DO have the animal attribute. Another problem with giving cavalry the animal tag is that doesn't that automatically set their MR to 6? Might be a problem.

There are animals with different values of magic resistance. Kithaironic Lions might have, and monkey-mages for sure, have magic resistance over 10.
