yeah, and while the .45 ACP mentioned below was designed to 'falter a horse in a cavalry charge' everyone in the know realized that was a complete bull**** publicity line. the thing was designed to falter a drug-crazed pacific islander, and it did a rather good job of it.

whats more, there is a pretty good precident for soldiers doing things like this. not only the incident below, but simpler things like coating bullets or hollowpoints in pig fat to be sure and send one to hell. everybody has heard the stories about the North-Vietnamese dipping bullets in faecies to poison the bloodstream of their enemies. i dont know if they were the first ones doing it, but they were probably basing it on someone elses earlier ideas.

The idea is not to torture someone and make them suffer, as appealing as that might seem. the idea is to break down morale and will to fight. thats also the reason for our casualty figures, if anyone here believes that we have not lost any men on the ground due to enemy fire, then you probably also believed our casualty figures coming out of Desert Storm...

Or to go back even farther, the medevil practice of tossing a diseased carass into a sieged castle via catapult. Look! 12th century biowarfare!

The next group to plan revenge against are the ones mailing the Anthrax laced letters to people.

Might I suggest crating them up and mailing them without sufficient postage or a return address, but with a note on the outside explaining who they are. A nice long visit to the Dead Letter Department should be theraputic to them, and I'm sure that the local postal workers would take extremely good care of them while they are there.

Hmm. I'd suggest giving them a little form.

"Sign here if you want the death penalty."
"Sign here if you want to be a medical test subject"

A few might pick test subject.. so you use them to test biowarfare vacinnes.

yeah, the black plague were some sick times. from what i hear, a plague infested body is soft, black, and bloated. i would imagine that after a catapult load of them lands inside your walls, the pieces are not easy to count. ick.

people do some nasty things sometimes, i wont pretend im better than anyone else.
