You are in my friend. Good to see we're filling up pretty quickly. Going to wait for 2-3 more and then I'll head on over to the llamaserver.

Any questions thus far?

I'm afraid I have to say its not quite possible to play marignon in a EA game.

Hello,

I would like to play (as my second multiplayer game, the first one, Rattlehead, began last week), as Ermor if possible.

Thanks.

I would like to join as T'ien Ch'i. My first newbie game is ending badly (for my lizards, not me - I had fun :)).

A quick word about noobs and this forum. I got the game and joined the forum in the same week, so I've been around 3 months or so and am definitely still a newb. Things change, and these games take time. If you have time, look for a game that needs a sub (temporary or permanent). It can be great fun and lots of experience. It will also give you a pool of contacts for the inevitable sub hunt in this game. :re:

I am currently subbing in Mists of Time (great fun - late game mayhem), and NoobsandVets (confusing team setup - but interesting).

Oh and Humakty is right there's no Marignon in EA. ;)

Another note for noobs. Team games don't have to be confusing :). Stagger lee just had the bad luck to come in playing for the least organized team in that game. Team games can be great fun, and if you communicate well with your team, you can help each other learn and develop new tactics.

Sorry if that sounded like a shot, I did say it was interesting. And I'm probably learning more in that game than I would in any other right now. Also, now if we ever need a sub here, we can count on you at least thinking about it, right? :angel

Hmm. Ok. Well the goal is definitely to make this newb friendly. Oh and did I mention that it's going to be accomodating to the working man as well? By that I mean 1 turn per day, and if you need 48/72 hrs that's quite alright. We can't all be students!

Oh and Krec please pick a diff nation.

1 or 2 more!

nice, so we've almost covered all the power house nations in EA, Niefelheim, Helheim, Lanka and Hinnom ;)
good thing we also got some regular nations too, and my rather underpowered but lovely lizardy C'tis :P

Nah, I just didn't want anyone walking away from your post thinking that team games were too much of a bother :). I'll consider subbing if you guys need it, but only as a last resort and not for more than 10 turns probably. I need to get out of games, not get back into more. Otherwise sure, I'd have no problem with it. I'm not really a noob though :P
