Be aware of a bug that allows you to pass through the ice when retreating... basically for retreating, pretend that there is no sea of ice. I learned the hard way when trying to cut off someone's retreat path underwater through teleporting commandos, only to see his nicely equipped army scatter all along the coast :doh:.
