Re: Glamour counter
Well, he might have. N magic and archers/slingers might mean Bandar Log or Patala.
Chariots (early Ctis) also work. |

Re: Glamour counter
Glamoured units tend to have ridiculous defense so I don't think trampling will really inconvenience them (though it may dispel the mirror image even if they dodge the trample, I suppose)

Re: Glamour counter
Well, dragonflies can be pretty good at getting through high defense and glamour if you're only facing singular raiding thugs.
Does repel damage break glamour? |
Re: Glamour counter
So if not chariots, what am I supposed to use as EA C'tis against these glamor thingies, please?!
|
Re: Glamour counter
Poison, other AoE spells (Cloud of Death?), javelineers, indy archers, Thugs with Frost Brands.
Chariots may break glamer even if they don't do a lot of damage. That'll help. |
Re: Glamour counter
Doesn't EA C'tis have poison slingers ? That'll do it.

Re: Glamour counter
Thank you.
And one other thing: I don't get what "glamour" means? I understand the other terms in the game, but what/why is "glamour", why that word? |

http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/glamour
# # Witchcraft; magic charm; a spell affecting the eye, making objects appear different from what they really are. # A kind of haze in the air, causing things to appear different from what they really are. and # (uncountable) Alluring beauty or charm (often with sex-appeal) The old legends of faeries always gave these beings this kind of power over the common man. And allowed them to trick your senses and draw you into strange realms. |
