All right, thank you all for your input. I took some things to heart and made a more focused build with better dom and income scales. I hope it'll work out.

Psycho: Non-CBM VQ? Seriously?

Even CBM VQ is overcosted. If you're going with an immortal pretender for SDB, i'm pretty sure you'll get more out of a Master Lich than you ever will out of a VQ (except the SC part, but VQs are pretty bad as SCs, even when you can get them dirt cheap - ninjadebugger on SA made the chassis 25pts and they still aren't very effective SCs against players. Solid thug, but you need more out of your pretender than a thug).

It's non-CBM? I wasn't reading carefully enough then. :) Disregard the VQ build part. But, still, she can make a decent SC, not comparable to titans of course, but decent.
