As mentioned previously, if a vehicle has multiple weapons available to shoot then there is a chance that the coaxial MG (CMG) and/or bow MG (BMG) might not be fired. This is determined randomly for every shooting action.

Also, if the target is close (range 6 hexes or less), then the CMG and BMG will always be fired if available, regardless of suppression and experience level etc. So if you want to throw the maximum amount of bullets at enemy infantry, then get within 6 hexes of them and let the MGs play havoc - just remember to be wary about any AT weapons those infantrymen might pack, though.

Some messages are quite long others are short. How big a deal would it be to make hang time variable depending on message length? Long messages would hang longer than short ones.
Text speed is also affected by the Graphics Delay setting in the Game Options window. If you increase the value the text should also stay longer.

Well, there are unit classes, so it is possible to tell whether the vehicle is a truck or a tank.
