I can't imagine anything more boring thatn turning dom3 into yet another ww2 game but worse than the others because of the dom3 modding limitations.

Well, without a champion to lead this project it will never work. It is your idea, why don't you lead it? Start making a mod, try out how much you can do. Look at the other attempt of total conversion the dominions 3000 iirc.

Learn about how to mod, see what the possibilities are. Come on, don't be lazy.

If you are referring to the flysprites, I think sling stones (#flyspr 111) or blow gun needles (403) would be a better fit for musket rounds. Boulders (100) would seem like the obvious choice for cannon balls and maybe Blade Wind missiles (304) for canister shot.

Soy: Already have other projects on my hand, and don't want to commit to yet another project that might or might not ever be finished ;) .

well it obviously won't be finished if the only person who actually wants to do it is uninterested
