Geoschmo, I did a search for "scenario editor" and got a result from late 2000 that quoted the Malfador site. Apparently Malfador takes down news that is old and/or embarrassing to them, it would be embarrassing if they never intend to release a scenario editor.

I have made a semi-mod for scenario editing, but i like the components all being available with the tech as it gives me an idea of what the player will be seeing. I will actually do some work on a scenario editing mod but i have finals next week am really busy getting it all together.
