Ghoul - can you move hosting forward? Ulm is dead and can't send in a turn, but for some reason the game is waiting for a turn from him.

Ghoul - same as with Ulm, now that Lanka is dead, does the game still want them to run another turn? You may have to set the turn forward once you me and Helheim have all sent out turns in so that we don't have to wait for the clock to expire for the next turn.
