Do you have any suggestions or requests on the direction to develop the set? More egg like? Bigger (more vissible) engines? Colors? Flatter? etc.

They're pretty good...
Engines bulging out of the hull would be cool. A little bigger would be nice too. No, the general shape is fine.
What do you think of mine? have you seen them?
Like I said, the ground troop I like the best. It took me a while to fit in all the stuff, but it came out well. I think I'll keep it for my shipset.

If you're going to add engines don't make them bulge out as much as in ship3 (if thats what the rear bulges are), thats too far out. Tone it down some.

I liked the fighter in particular, reminded me of a Starfury a bit. Also liked the mecha ground troop. The containers idea for the transport was good, though the cab looked a little 'off'. The insignia is great! What did you use to create them?

I was a little busy with the B5Mod this weekend, but I will post more ships over the week for you to look at.

If I remember correctly, the bulges on the back were just additional space for engine mountings http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I used Moray with Povray to make all of those... but I got rid of them a while back (I still can install them back, I have the installation files)
The insignia has two parts, the part I made in Moray, and then I just pasted on the little silver symbol. I like it a lot.
Those containers were something else... I first made the little holder parts that came up (I forget how many pieces I used and how many subtractions I did), and then made the container to fit them... which was another hour of effort.
It came out great but the effort was too much

Moray is available at I think www.stmuc.com/moray perhaps, and Povray is at www.povray.org
