Update:
I restarted PC.
Ran ver 10 upgrade.
Ran scanhack from outside gameoptions and created tables.
Upgraded privilege level to run as administrator for winspmbt shortcut.
Scenhack runs enabling sort & SQL from gameoptions from winsbmpt shortcut.
I also turned off comodo internet security.

As it runs properly for you now, then it may have been the privilege level, or something in the comodo security?

I am not sure. I installed the game fresh on a second PC through v10 without a hitch.
I suspect the security of drive c:\ may have been altered as Comodo was running at time of installation on second PC. |
