Re: Steel Tigers dev team latest scoop
I cannot comment officially to that but last info I had was the game is....... lets say it's "seriously stalled"
Slitherine was working with 2by3 though the communique I got did not specifically mention 2by3 but Grigsbys name was. This was in 2023... things might have changed since then but I was told it was partially complete but due to various health issues it had been a struggle to pull it all together and finish it off and at that time, the conclusion was, that they're just not going to be able to finish it. As I said, maybe that has changed since March 2023 but going back to July 2022 this info was posted on the Matrix forum (Jul 11): Quote:

Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like Steel Tigers is pretty much kuput. That Rolling Stones video was pretty cool too. I give it a big 5 out of 5 stars, and I never even heard of it before so I didn't have to wait for it to grow on me. It's already very good!

Re: Steel Tigers dev team latest scoop
Isn't' it strange how Keith and Mick are still around at 80 doing what they do? I mean especially Keith, he was a big time junkie (heroin and coke) not to mention the booze he drank and yet not only is he still alive and kicking he is still jamin like when he was 19-59 years old! And still rocking the joint.
Its amazing. I lost several friends to the drug scene and know a few burn outs, heck I almost did not survive last years heart attack at 57. And Keith keeps on ticking! |

Keith wrote "It's been 30 years since I gave up the dope!" in 2010 so he's been clean 44 years now....... APPARENTLY, it worked... Keith and Mick are certainly unique. They are the only 80-year-old rockers touring and putting out an album as good as they ever had in the past. Buddy Guy toured until he was 86 and there are lots of old BluesMen that kept going a long time but The Stones are still unique EDIT: Rod Stewart is another. Still actively touring at 79 I had no idea you had a heart attack last year but it does explain those long breaks between posts. Welcome to the Survivors Club :) |
