Isn't Charles De Gaulle the new french nuclear carrier, I think it broke it's propeller on the test voyage.

Hum,

Last time I had this problem, I started yelling and insulting the game until I discovered that my just retrofitted warships were some "Charles De Gaulle carrier types". IE I forgot to put engines on the design.

Just an idea...

Nope, they all got engines.
Shifting them on and out of fleets solved it.

"Charles De Gaulle carrier types", I have never heard this expression, I'm sure there is an interesting story behind it.
