Hmmm, don't look like it does.
I tried the HTML Version of the code but it doesn't work. Even though the bold and italics and <u>underline</u> HTML codes work on here.

So to get what you wanted would be.
"<U>SOMETHING LIKE THIS. RIGHT? OR IS THERE MORE TO IT BESIDES ADDING THE GLOW AND THE COLOR?"</U>
