Re: Atmospheric ConVersion and Improvement

If you add Atmospheric Modification Plants to a "none" atmosphere planet. You will eventully get an atmosphere. It is really cool to see that "<font color=red>*</font>" turn into a "<font color=lime>*</font>" one. Lots of facilities! Gotta love it!

Said it before, I'll say it again. Make the home system, all optimal, with all planets - even moons, breatheable atmosphere. Cooler than a sphereworld.

having that shiny grey dysan sphere in the middle of your homesystem with a gazzillion peeps and enough wp's to destroy any fleet is priceless ;P

I assume one could change hydrogen to oxygen, but what about "none" atmosphere planets? not talking about moons either. tho I suspect the same rule applies to those.
<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Atmos: none is treated just like any other atmosphere type, except that you can't have a no-atmosphere gas giant.

I just finished the first 3, giving me the CC3, and value improvement 1 is next in line. I figured it probably would be that line, but wasn't sure. I didn't want to chase expensive ghosts.
