But I can't seem to find any instructions on how to "actually" use it.

So, can someone grab a tech and run it by me (ie explain the process) as to:

a) how to find the tech cost at low, med & high cost?
b) ascertain what the prerequisites are?

Maybe I am handicapped in that I need a "written" manual to help me figure it out. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif
