ONe quick question....
I have downloaded the ship set
but it does not work for me.
Is this compatible with 1.84 gold with TDM mod pack?

they might have been writen for pre-gold Version.
If pop-ups with error Messages appear when starting the game, it's the case.

have a look at

http://se4kdy.cyberwars.com/text/oldai.htm

to see what changes have to be done in the AI.txt files. (it's quite simple, just a few lines to add). Error msg are explicit, it helps a lot.

TDM must not be a problem, it keeps the compatibility with unmodded shipsets.(at least, I think it does ?).

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">TDM only mods the AI files, so non-TDM shipsets work fine in TDM, and TDM shipsets work fine in the normal game (once you change the formation they use to be one that is in the normal game, as formations.txt is the only altered data file).
