Disagree! At least in Spain mostly they prefer the games in spanish. Would be some kind of nationalism, think, or simply that many of them doesn't speak/write english very well.
As you can see, my english is fairly bad, but still I never had problems playing SE4 (or other games) without translation, and think prefer it in that way.
Anyway, can't blame the people that want to play a game in his own language.

The problem is in spain we translate everithing. Films, books, and sometimes videogames. If you want a game to be famous in spain, you NEED to translate it, because only gamers will play, not casual gamers.

Also, a complicated game, like Space Empires IV, contains a lot of things to read. So, its wise to translate a game, but also its more hard.

I have no real problem with english game, but i know a lot of people who doesnt. I want to help them. Why? Eerrr.... i want them to play that game. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
