I will be happy to assist with choosing the Team USA or Team Cannada but it really should be done within the teams as they need to all work together.
They should also choose the team name.

Note: We need to get this in motion by July 12th as I leave for a week on July13. Of course someone else can set up the game if need be.

Well, I can't play in a US team, because I'm from the UK. But, as I was the first challenger to sign up, how about we call it the "Britain and her Colonies" team. I believe we have four so far.
