48 hours is fine, though I've enjoyed the fast pace a lot :)

Can I request a 24 hour extension for this turn? I'm going to have a busy weekend

Ossa, I hope you will give LoloMo the time he requested.
It's not that much of a delay and we've had a good pace.

Thanks. :)
The war between Hinom and Lanka goes into deciding phase. Would be a shame to take advantage of a stale turn.

Thanks, we're nearing the deciding battles indeed! :)

Re: Doomsday 2 - Fast-track-dif-res-high-magic-high-scores game

Hellheim this turn opened their attacks on Hinnom with an opening blitz taking 7 provinces. I expect them to take 10 more provinces in the next two turns, and build a fort in each one of them. Hellheim is twice the size of the second biggest nation Vanheim, and have a fort in every single province they own that our scouts can see. They also have the forge up for dozens of turns already. Hinnom have been fighting Lanka for years and war against them is not expected to be resolved anytime soon, although I'm agreeable to a ceasefire with current borders.

Since no one is willing to fight Hellheim, I move to declare Hellheim the winner.

There is no such word as 'ceasefire' in Lankan language.
We will die fighting and we will do it soon. Both Hinom and Sauromatia increased the pressure and our fall is only a matter of time.

Re: Doomsday 2 - Fast-track-dif-res-high-magic-high-scores game

My might cannot be matched. Submit or die, foolish hunams.

I have approximately 10000 gems in store, endless supply of clams and stones and I gather over one thousand blood slaves each turn. I have a blood bonus site, which has allowed me to mass vampires and vampire lords who will be undefeatable with my blood sacrifice padded dominion. I have also fortificated every single province I have, making raiding even more difficult.

I have had the forge of the ancients, mother oak and the well of misery since the early game. I have found a construction bonus site. Needless to say, my tartarian supercombatant force is without par.

I also have an alteration bonus site. I have been wishing for additional gems for quite some time. My gem supply is infinite.

Could we please end this game?

Well... ok. Your arguments sound convincing enough for me;)

I'll open the next round soon - I enjoyed this game settings enourmesly.

I have no objection to this ending. I would wait for other players opinion though.

I concur. Helheim won this game 30 turns ago :)

Re: Doomsday 2 - Fast-track-dif-res-high-magic-high-scores game

Indeed. I've been trying to hang on but I simply couldn't keep up to Helheim's forces. Well played. I was getting only around 400 slaves a turn which all were going into vampire lords and blood sacrificing, yet still that blood site Helheim had made me unable to catch on. And I was getting only maybe 5-10 tarts per turn, which would've been plenty in any other game, but not this :)

So, I also vote Helheim to be the winner.

Well, I suggest declaring the game as finished.
No need to overload llamaserver. ;)

Indeed, I pm'ed Ossa a while back, but haven't recieved a reply yet. Or neither a mail from llamaserver.

I also made a pretty image about the situation at turn 74, when we pretty much voted the whole game to end. I don't think anyone has any objections to me posting it - so here it goes.

Quitti, that map is awesome. You must tell me where I can download that font! I'm guessing it's either "War Room Sans Serif" or "Kilroy Gothic".

It's called "QJTHA-BBB" - an abbreviation from "Quitti just got to holidays and - BEER BEER BEER" ;)
