What the hell? I'm getting spy reports on my own armies and provinces. For a second I thought that my troops turned against me.

Is this during a seige? If so, the text is wrong - your spy is actually reporting on the guys in the fort.

Nope. It shown me all of mine armies - even PD - in the way of spy reports. Bug disappeared, but it was funny.
