I like the shadowbox look so much I just had to give my latest Taz Animated avater the treatment.. (complete with a slight blue-tinted galss to protect it. )

Hi! I saw TerranC's new avatar and couldn't figure out who is in the picture. I could see that it is someone with a hat sitting on something that looks like a rooftop, but I couldn't make out who or what was doing the sitting. I zoomed into the image, but I still couldn't understand it.

Finally, I came to this thread and looked at the link with the 1/0 comic and Oh! now I see, it's like a dinosaur-looking alien creature. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I just found a great source for python images - many of the terry gilliam animations (for example the giant foot, the animated Mr Gumby) would make excellent avatars.

Go to this site and click "image related" on the left, then have a look through. I think the "gilliamations" and "clip art" sections are particularly good for avatar hunting.
