Yes, I think I just barely hit the 60% mark this turn, because I noticed that although I took some of solo's provinces, he took several of mine as well. And Helheim wasn't dead yet and I bet he was preparing for another charge! I almost wish we could play a few more turns to see how it unfolded.

Atlantis definitely had some power, many tartarians and some massive underwater defenses. It would have been fun to see our armies fight..
