I have simply expressed my extreme discomfort with Mac's wicked suggestion that I, or any anthropomorphic personification I have, would even consider donning a stetson and partaking in the heinous art of line dancing..

it is a bit like anyone casting dispersions on your honour.. not something you generally like

Mephisto or Tesco, or whoever is running the game on PBW. If you don't want people to keep trying to join the game you can simply set the max number of players to 8, or whatever the current number of players is at. This will prevent people from attempting to apply. It will not even show in the open game list then.

Ok, I misunderstood. I thought you were saying everybody was in the game that was going to join and you were just waiting on empires to be uploaded.

Yes there is a problem with PBW whereby once the max number is reached you can't increase it without kicking a person and having them rejoin. In that case you could simply assign GT or whoever you are waiting on fill to the open spots and then if they decide before the game starts not to play boot them and change the max number down.

I have to say I do actually feel sorry for you. The World Cup is not a place for wives and you will suffer. Of course, you did bring it upon yourself, going on about how wonderful it was, but I will still give you some sympathy for the self-inflicted wound. That said, I had someone of your bulk and economic class as being a rugby player.

I do not see why you are so worried about the US. It is when my team, Senegal, comes and knocks you out that you will have need for concern.

I have also figured out how to get Gryphin to watch football. Remind him that the US Woman's team is the top in the world. Oh, that would rankle, the US holding both the male and female World Cups...

In his usual hasty lack of perceptive astuteness, GT did not realize that what he had fired at was actually a decoy hologram which Fyron had set up to cover his escape. The real Fyron managed to remove himself to a very safe distance, out of reach of GT or anyone else. From his new vantage point, he had a good hearty laugh at GT's pathetic attempts to harm him.

I havejust received a glorious peice of news which has really cheered me and the current Mrs GT up

We have just won a luxury 2 week holiday to Bali, Indonesia... We are staying at a top-range suite at the Bali Hyatt, have a car for 2 weeks, various excursions arranged all flights are covered and over £1,000 spending money
