This falls quite short of what some of us are looking for... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/rolleyes.gif

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Sorry! How's this:
-----

It was Ensign Mudlark's first appointment to a ship larger than the spawning bed he was born in. The excitement he felt in his gizzard was amplified by the gravitational vortices put out by the classified warp nexus his ship was stationed over. Ensign Mudlark knew his ship was playing the waiting game for an opponent so vile, that the official orders from Wormus Prime were for all unarmed ships to immediately engage and ram the nearest enemy vessel. The Wormlings haven't resorted to such things since the war leading up to the Great Slynkian Brainfeast of 2142. Such thoughts brought Ensign Mudlark's mind back to the tunnels of his youth, where he hoped one day to return triumphant and claim a plot of soil for his own.

Suddenly, the calm of Ensign Mudlark's ready room was shattered by the piercing wail of the lower deck klaxons! He was being summoned to duty! Mudlark dashed to his equipment locker with the urgency of a wartime hero and flashed his badge over the security screen. A few seconds later, he was bound to the lower deck mess, with his weapon in hand: the top-of-the-line Specular Vacu-mop 3500. Whatever it was that spilled down there would be cleaned up before the Wormlord Shipadmiral even caught scent of it.

And so Ensign Mudlark's ship would remain clean, as the Wait continued.

Asmala, would it be possible to have a restart for the Ragnarok/Alneyan KOTH game? The map was biased against him, as he is basically boxed into the North East corner, while I am a bit more to the South than him. So a restart does seem in order, and he agreed to it in-game. Thanks!
<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Yes, I agreed to it.

Alneyan, sorry for not posting this myself. I had a super busy weekend that I was not expecting and was not able to get to the computer. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif
Thanks for going ahead and doing this though.

Asmala,

What is considered the default Version for new KOTH SEIV Gold games at this point?

If it is 1.91, might you want to edit that on your rules page?

Thanks
Stoney

I am quite inspired by a movie... you may have seen it...

Return of the King!

Heh heh http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif I think I'm getting ready to make a run at the Hill again, but that's why I'm asking what Version I should use to play.

Oh, and my sequins do need some repair, my shoes need some polish, and I'm way out of prime gaming condition... but I will work on that.
