One of the reasons I mentioned the military victory (besides pride :) ) was that I suspected the HoF would prefer to list the military victories.

It'd be nice if there was a section for honorable mentions or something, though. That way oddball cases could get the fame they deserve.

All age section added.

Joker recorded as Gregrtom/Machaka with Tifone noted as humor victor.

Never thought that I'd post here, but here it goes:

Game: Wildpansies
Winner: Burnsaber
Race: Gath
Age: Late
Players: 8
Mods: CBM 1.41
Map: infinite sands v1.01
Game Thread: http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/showthread.php?t=42069

The game was no diplomacy & played on a extremely large map where over 90% of map was wasteland, so it's not a regular game by any measure, but I guess it counts for a honorable mention or something. And just to shock you guys, here's my winning pretender design:

Awake F3A4W3E4D3N4B2 Ghost King with turmoil 3, sloth 3, heat 3, death 3, luck 3, magic 3. Here is the kicker. I got dominion strenght 3.

Here are some details:

And the map was *really* huge. about 40 provinces per player. Domkill was a non-issue. And with 95% of map being wasteland, there really wasn't much point in conventional troop armies.

This game was a roller coaster, with diplomacy being the deciding factor in the game. Mictlan jumped out to a huge start in the game with Ermor putting together a huge coalition of nations to oppose.

Very interesting large scale game with two players in the end and almost 400 provinces!

Pretender: Awake dom9 S6E4 Shedu, turmoil 3, sloth 3, heat 3, growth 2, luck 3, magic 1. I just wanted to prove my point that you don't HAVE to take order or prod. with anyone.

And finally, my congratulations to Dimaz, a great player I hope I won't have to fight any time soon.
