Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
Geoschmo, when I was making this Avatar for Skulky, I almost followed through on an even bigger gag,.. I was going to put even bigger feet in front of the bush (hiding the eyes) and animate the feet spreading appart in a 'V' to reveal the eyes! but, I decided to shrink the feet and have the eyes there all the time. Oh and I thought of showing just the toes peeking out the botton of the bush, but because of the size of the pic it looked even more like a short guy with green hair!
I'm sure Skulky has a sense of humor, so don't worry, and besides I'm the one who made the interpretation of your suggestion! Cheers! |
Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
Hehe. It would be cool if the eyes blinked every once in a while. And when they were closed they dissaperaed completely and all you saw was the bush. But I know how much you hate animating the avatars. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
Geoschmo, I edited my original post about 'using a generic avatar', now there's no blame, just a comentary! Sorry if you felt offended, I had no specific target in sight!
Cheers! |
Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
I stand corrected, but i still thinkit would be a cool avatar for him, and Geo... sounds like you want this icon for yourself http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
Cool. Thanks.
I'll probably use both depending on my mood. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif Btw, I was thinking would be cool for some generic avatars is planets. And it would be really neat if they would rotate. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif [ December 11, 2002, 20:42: Message edited by: geoschmo ] |
Re: OT: The House of 1001+ Avatars
