Ians. If you are only missing the mini pictures, you are probebly only missing 1 file.

Are you missing the components, planets, or facilities. Let me know and I send them to you.

(I had the same problem, the Last file of the components file (components)didn't overwrite the old one for some weird reason)

(Example: Dominion/Cardasian pact)

All other Major Races : only 2 Partnerships or Military Aliances, rest is unlimited. (Example: Federation/Romulan/Klingon pact against Dominion)

All Minor Races : only 1 Partnerships or Military Aliance, rest is unlimited.


----Stellar Manupilation

You can use all of these techs except Warp point opening/closing.


---- NO RULE BUT RECOMMENDATION:

Do not entirly kill an race after winning the war, let him have an small or tiny planet. So that it is possible to get him back in the race after liberation or politics by a third party.
(Federation liberating Bajoran for example).

Find the MIRROR site for the Components Facilities and down load it. That will fix your missing images.

Also the latest patch as only the Components not the facilities images.

The Full Version has them both.

IF you are still having problems after you download one of the above, then I don't know what to say.

Well, it seems I no longer have the facility, or the component problems. Although, some planets and warp points are still white blocks. I can live with that for awhile.
