Lol, what a bunch of cowards. sansanjuan decided that 1:3 is not enough and that 3 need help and broke a NAP without warning and just attacked me. You are really overestimating me

I would agree to binding arbitration with llamabeast as the non-biased judge as to whether our thread of many weeks ago constituted a NAP (assuming he would agree).

PS In a week you may be posting another blurb gloating that you are now beating all four of us... http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/shock.gif if so I'll tip my hat to you with no venom (but perhaps with some light trash talk...) http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Of course we had a NAP and it is very clear from your posts. I am just amazed that you cannot make any reasonable explanation. Nor you do not have guts to just break a NAP like normal player does.

And about that arbitration. What happens if you are found guilty? Surrender? Give back land back + reparation? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Re: New semi-newbie game!

I would certainly give back the land immediately. That is the "binding" part http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/eek.gif. If Llamabeast came back and said "sansanjuan.. per the text in this PM thread and according to my experience in D3, you had a NAP with Arco" case closed. That goes for any reparations too. Even "Utgard is now AI". I'm surprised you didn't make a similar arbitration request when you were given gems but did not provide an item...

Your other option is to post our *entire* exchange and let the community decide. That would not be "binding" since unlike Llamabeast the players may have biased opinions. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Whatever happens... remember, unlike RL we are playing a *game*. Take setbacks like a man. I've given you two options. Present your case without rancor.

Contact llamabeast then http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif Sounds like the best solution.

And gems? Well, I just forgot about them then. I would send him additional ones for that delay, but I got his war declaration http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif

Awaiting his reply... if he accepts I will PM him my password and he can read the post exchanges directly.

Edit: we are still at war in the meantime...

Re: New semi-newbie game!

Hmm, how bizarre. Well, if you do want me to arbitrate, seems to me the best thing is for Zeldor to send me his password, and point me to the PM where SSJ agreed to the NAP. After all, looking at SSJ's posts won't help - any number of PMs without an agreement don't disprove the existence of one after all.

I'm not sure if you can change passwords on this forum, but you probably can - Zeldor, you should probably change your password before you give it me, and change it back afterwards. Not that you can't trust me, but it's good policy.

Just when you thought you saw it all...

Might be nice new feature for Dom4. "Why settle everything by the spells and swords? Dom 4 now boasts Collective Bargaining and Binding Arbitration!"

I think this is brilliant. Confusion in the diplomacy corps! Borders drawn incorrectly! Accidental war breaks out! sounds like something from the 16-18th centuries and the New World.

llamabeast:

Heh, maybe try reading more messages, it took me like 10 hours to get into that thread. REfreshing PMs takes half an hour - dom forums work very very very bad last 2 days. It will take me ages to check PMs from sansanjuan and to change password.

sansanjuan:

There was dispute in one stage of talks and that province was controlled all the time by Agartha, not me nor you.
