sometimes if people have problems connecting its solved by a server restart

IIS on the server was freaking out... restarted it... we'll see if that helps.

That's what I've been getting, too. I checked the map, mods, ip, and port#.

Oh, will there also be turn notifications by e-mail?

DOOM!

For next time:
1) The algorithm to pick which sites are "in the middle" was borked. Not a huge problem, but next megagame I'll do a much better job - balancing start locations which are remote from other players is an issue even on most wrap-around maps.

2) I had meant to fill all four slots in every capital with sites so that searching spells would skip the capitals. Next time, I'll do so.
