Re: campaign scenario setup help
1 hour into the operation both bridges have been crossed and most paratroopers are taken prisoner or well....
KG Hausers southern advance lead by the gebirgsjaeger company+ tanks is approaching the village were the uk hq is probably situated as well as the artillery base of the paras. The operation has shown how dangerous the piat can be which took out a tank and an apc who got to close. otherwise losses have been acceptable even though the bridge crossing in the south was quite difficult with one end of the bridge destroyed by artillery fire. |
Re: campaign scenario setup help
interesting scenario al in all defending against a paradrop. most difficult was the low visibilitz but the lack of at weapons and air attack made up for this problem and the tanks had an easy day as long as they stayed away form the uk paras more then 100 m.
some crazy rally from a routed sourrounded unit cost me a tank its important to keep the safety distance ALL the time hehe. now a panther will replace one of the older tanks and the romanians with ther me109 e will get some fw190 as they have been flying their messerschitts to bits by now. |

Re: campaign scenario setup help
After repelling the britihs paratrooper landing oberstleutnant Hauser gotinto a heated argument about the acons to take in the future which lead to him beeing send on leave due to "fatigue" now with the situtation critical hq has send KG hauser back into the battle to save the day.
Hauser sees the supply situation is dire and rhe allies have air superiority. he wont hold ths position for long but he will do all things possible to help his kameraden retreat savely. |
