<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">I wasn't even aware that 1634 was out. I know Ring of Fire is out, which is a collection of short stories. Haven't seen 1634 on the bookshelves yet. When did it come out? BTW, I agree with you; that is another good series to read.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Thanks. Yeah, I know about the on-going series of books. In the end of 1633, the author wrote a couple of pages of his upcoming plans. I just haven't been to WaldenBooks lately; that's where I saw Ring of Fire. Unless it shows up in the Sci-Fi Book Club, however, I may have to wait for the paperback Version.

apparently Baen Books has a forum chat room and supposedly David Weber was in there Last night chating with everyone on his books..

just thought someone might like to know

But interestingly enough, Ring of Fire wasn't. I know it's a collection of short stories, but I wonder why they didn't have it so you can order it? I know what I'm ordering this month.
