Heya, actually Ragnarok first appeared in the Final Fantasy series as Ragnarok the Esper in Final Fantasy #6 (japan - #3 in the us).

Ah yes, back when Final Fantasy was playable... Wasn't its attack an attempt to kill everybody? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif

Well, I was reading in the back of my tv guide that came with the Sunday paper that there is going to a Farscape mini-series to wrap up everything. Also, there is a 13 episode commitment for Battlestar Galactica. Also, they said that there is going to be a Ring World mini-series on Sci-Fi Channel. Unfortunately, no dates were mentioned in this article. Can't wait to see them, though.

Just went back and reread the article. No Luis Wu. No man eating rat-cats and no Pierson Puppeteers. Boo-hoo, snarl and growl. Want to catch the blanky-blank and trample him to death.

Ringworld. Let's just say that what their doing is the same as remaking the first Star Trek series except, oh, we're not having Kirk, you can forget about the klingons and whoops, there go the romulons.

<font size="2" face="sans-serif, arial, verdana">Thanks for the info. Like I've said, I haven't read those books yet. Speaking of adaptations, how was the Sci-Fi Channel Version of the Philip Jose Farmer book? Riverworld, wasn't it? I'm still trying to get all of those books to read, so I wouldn't know the differences. Plus, I never got the chance to watch the whole thing.
