Heh. Patrolling in Dominions I/II is not especially dangerous unless somebody's hiding a more powerful force of stealthy troops where you're looking, and you fare badly in the battle. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif Even with unrest, the resistors fight back rather poorly...
It's not like King of Dragon Pass, where there's always a risk of losing even an experienced noble and his entourage exploring your home tula.
