Depending on how you want to do it, what programs you have availiable (I have found CC2's Fractal Utility makes good overland maps) and how you want to do it, I'd do your research first then if you have talent and skill (which I have none of) drawing it with a few of the map aids that are out there (Kristoffers' Mapstuff) and mashing it together until it looks good. If you liked that map then you may enjoy a redone Version of it called "Way too many provinces and a Scenario" that I redid the province lines and am in the process of having them all named properly then will tag them and make the scenario with it. It will also contain a new British map for those who want more brittan.
